Cecile Weldon
Founder and Director at WeldonCo Advisory
Cecille Weldon is a trailblazer in Sustainable Real Estate and a prominent figure in Australia's residential property sector, with a focus on sustainability. She founded WeldonCo Advisory and Future Agent Academy, providing sustainability training to real estate professionals. Her notable contributions include the Banksia Award-winning Liveability Real Estate Framework and a Proptech solution acquired by CSIRO. Cecille also serves on the Proptech Association of Australia's board and advises on sustainability initiatives. Additionally, she creates educational courses on energy efficiency for real estate agents, demonstrating her commitment to driving the industry towards a more sustainable future.
Andrew Tait
Group Executive at REI Super
Andrew Tait brings 31 years of experience in financial services and is currently a Group Executive at REI Super, an industry-leading super fund for real estate professionals. He holds an MBA from AGSM, is a CPA, and has economics and arts degrees from Monash University and the University of Melbourne, respectively. He is also a Fellow of FINSIA. Andrew’s career includes senior executive roles at NAB, ANZ, Westpac, and CBUS before his tenure at REI Super.
In his role at REI Super, Andrew develops and implements strategies to enhance growth, efficiency, and member value, overseeing areas such as brand, marketing, sponsorships, data analytics, and M&A. He also reports to the CEO and trustee board.
Jason Risorto
Managing Partner at Greenfield Ventures
Jason Risorto is the Founder and Managing Partner of Greenfield Ventures, where he leads strategic investments in innovative and sustainable projects within the built environment. Previously, as the Director of Durst Ventures at The Durst Organisation, Jason spearheaded the corporate venture capital arm of The Durst Organisation.
During his tenure, he additionally played a pivotal role in driving property acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic initiatives. With a distinguished background that includes stints at companies such as AmTrust Realty, UBS, and JP Morgan, Jason brings a wealth of experience in real estate investment, development, financing, and asset management to his leadership at Greenfield Ventures.
Leanne Pilkington
CEO & Managing Partner at Laing+Simmons
Leanne Pilkington is the Managing Director of the boutique real estate group Laing+Simmons and President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. As a prominent industry commentator and one of the few women leading franchise organisations nationally, she is deeply committed to addressing gender imbalances and promoting industry professionalism.
Throughout her 35-year career, Leanne has launched several industry initiatives, including the international Real Women in Real Estate (RWIRE) network and support programs for her team. She holds a Real Estate License, an Associate Diploma in Valuation from UTS, and an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School of Management.
Leanne’s accolades include being a finalist in the Telstra and Optus Business Women awards, winning the AREA Award for Most Influential Woman in Property, the REB Industry Thought Leader of the Year Award in 2017, and several other REB awards in 2019, including the Womens Community Program Award for RWIRE. She is also recognised in The Sydney Power 100 as one of Sydney’s most influential people.
Julie Davis

Peter Schravemade is the Managing Partner for REACH ASEA and a notable figure in the global real estate sector. Previously, he significantly contributed to the growth of BoxBrownie.com as the global director of sales, marketing, and revenue. In 2019, he was named Elite Agent's Most Influential Person in the Asia/Pacific region and has been featured in major outlets like the Wall Street Journal and Forbes.
With over 20 years in the industry, Peter’s experience spans property sales, management, brokerage, and marketing, including work in media advertising. His expertise has made him a top speaker and consultant, frequently appearing at international conferences. In 2019 alone, he spoke in 22 countries.
In 2021, with travel restrictions in place, Peter conducted significant research into the American property marketing landscape, providing valuable insights to brokerages and franchises.
